Hello,

I am on a Linux system (Ubuntu 20.04 LTS) and want to run Xara Webdesigner 16 under Wine (.NET framework 4.5.2). The program installs and opens smoothly, but when I want to preview or export the website, I get the following error:

"Unable to find the filter to import that file with."

It is not specified which filter is meant. I am well aware of the instructions on https://help.xara.com/article/20-one-or-more-filters-are-missing-from-my-program. I did register all the dll's with the terminal command

wine regsvr32 /home/mh/.wine2/drive_c/Program\ Files/Xara/Xara\ Designer\ Pro\ X/16/Filters/ENG/*.dll

and the output is "regsvr32: Successfully registered DLL ...".

Nevertheless, even after a "wineboot" and re-opening of the Xara Designer, the same error persists.

Is there any advice how to get Xara properly working under Wine?
