Recently, I installed the Magix Music Maker Premium on my new computer, but the old rock drum is missing. What can I do? I have a serial number and code activation, but I don' know where I enter the code.

Which version of MusicMaker?
Open MusicMaker, Help, Update program/Upgrade functions, Download free synthesizer and Sound packages, and select Rock Drums from the list to be downloaded and installed.. I presume that that is how you got it in the first place. You should always keep the downloaded installation files somewhere in case you need to re-install.
If you purchased separately then you have to go into the Magix site, look for instrument and download it and activate it when you first load it in MMM. Here is the link.
