rewire error in samplitude music studio 2013

hi i am using samplitude music studio 2013 and when i turn on rewire it says its unable to use rewire error code 100, i dont have this problem in prevoius versions is therea patch for this or cant it rewire? i am on windows 8 4gig ram and dual core amd

ReWire.dll Installation
If you don't have the ReWire.dll installed yet or an older ReWire.dll, please copy the ReWire.dll into the appropriate folder (see below).
For 64 Bit support, you can additionally copy the 64 Bit ReWire.dll (which has the same name, unfortunately).

Windows Vista/Windows 7
Copy the 32 Bit ReWire.dll to your Application Common folder, in this manner:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Propellerhead Software\ReWire\ReWire.dll
On Vista 64/Windows 7 64 Bit versions, copy additionally the 64 Bit ReWire.dll, in this manner:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Propellerhead Software\ReWire\ReWire.dll
If the folder does not exist, please create it!

Windows XP
copy the 32 Bit ReWire.dll to your Windows\System32 folder, in this manner:
C:\Windows\System32\ReWire.dll
