Hi

First read this post then come back with more information on your computer specification and how you are connecting the VCR to the computer

Also check out this post as this could be your problem - still applies as this is a Windows problem.

Windows 7 Home Premium  Service Pack 1  64-bit

Laptop is: HP G62 Notebook PC, Intel Core i3  M350 @2.27GHz   4Gb ram
