Hi

Did you:-

   1.   do a direct upgrade Windows 7 to Windows 8 ?

   2.   format the hard drive, install Windows 8 and then reinstall everything

   3.   is this a brand new computer with Win 8 on it?

   4.   Have upgraded to Windows 8.1 from Windows 8?

If you have done any of the above items 1 - 3 AND then 4 try reinstalling Rescue your Videtapes - if offered the option to repair then do this.

John

Hello John
Sorry I only write now ........
I just wanted to respond to your ask.
1 do a direct upgrade Windows 7 to Windows 8? Yes I bought Windows 8 Pro. via the web.
2 format the hard drive, install Windows 8 and then reinstall everything? This Have I also made.
3 is this a brand new computer with Win 8 on it? No, it's upgrading from Windows 7 to 8
4 Have upgraded to Windows 8.1 from Windows 8? Yes I have updated to 8.1.
I've tried to take a few photos of the screen which I will try to send with.
The first is where you can see the USB device.
Secondly, 2828x Usb Device I can not make screen size.
If I try some of the other size it will appear with "The format is not currently available"
Best Regards
René Harder

I could not figure out how to send my photo

Hi

. . . . Have upgraded to Windows 8.1 from Windows 8? Yes I have updated to 8.1. . . .

That could be the cause of the problem - try re-installing the program - if you are offered the option to Repair do this, otherwise do a full installation again.

The upgrade from Windows 8 to 8.1 is known to break some programs.
