Hi using a Tosh laptop W7 64 bit L750 - installed subject but the web update will not fully install and the splash screen stays stuck in the middle blocking the corner buttons = any ideas how to fix?
It would help to see a screenshot. I would advise in this case to contact support directly and we can send you some diagnostics and you can provide some screenshots.

I use my magix cd to repair & all Ok for about 3 use then its back to BSOD
BTW this happens both on my dell nw7 n5040 ? & tosh laptop l750 w7 - no update load due to next not visable on screen after dowload of title updates
