Remove a Startup Notification

Hello Everybody,

Whenever I begin a new session with Xara Web Designer and load the first project I will receive a notification to "Renew the Update Service". I can either select a button to "Start the Update Service", or simply "X" out of that notification. Regardless of which choice I make, the notification will disappear and the program behaves normally.

However, the next time I start a new session I will again receive that notification. (I should add that my existing Update Service is valid until 03/23/2023)

How can I eliminate that notification?

When the updater runs it does so 'silently', ie you do not see anything happen, when it updates the service.

As you are getting repeated requests to perform the update this would suggest that the updater is unable to complete the update.

Check that your antivirus program is not blocking or has quarantined the updater.
