I have a new hard disc(old broken) and I canot register Acid 7.0 (2015) ,when I tried to register writes : wrong serial number but its not wrong serial number I have original CD ACID Pro 7.O Serial number and optional Authentical Code or writes unable to conect to registration Server Error 12157 (thought I bought software before Magix )

Tried also download from my Magix Account ,nothing

What I have to do ?
