Out of curiosity, what is MSP13?

You may want to raise a ticket with Support on Magix.com. No one here works for Magix.

Movie Studio Platinum 13

It is a Sony Vegas program that Magix bought from Sony.

When I go to product support and try to open a ticket it asks if this is a SCS product and asks a bunch of questions but doesn't get to the point that I need and that is to contact Magix to find out what the jig is with the server being out of commission. Any idea how to actually get to talk to someone that isn't a flunky at a call center? Former call center management here so I know what it sounds like and the responses.
