Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

Since there are no Magix staff here you need to contact the seller from whom you bought the software. If it was direct from Magix you should email infoservice@magix.net and request the refund. If you bought the software from a third-party reseller you need to contact them since Magix will have no record of your purchase.

However, before you do that why not tell us exactly what problems you are having with the software? There are a number of experienced users in the forum who may well be able to help you! If you decide to do this, please tell us, step by step, exactly what you are doing and at which point the software crashes. It could also be helpful if you were to tell us about your computer; this post will show you the sort of information that may help us to help you!
