Hi, I'm a new user and need help with my "Video easy Rescue yor videotapes" 8th edition. I´m trying to copy my VHS-tapes to the computer. I have sound and video so the transfer seems to work. The problem is when I click on "transfer video to computer" the picture freezes and the button do not light up. The recording doesn´t start. My computer is new so the capacity should be OK (Windows 10 / 13,9 GB available RAM). I hope you can help me.
