I purchased Vegas Pro 19 on 05/17/2022 order Removed by Moderator, I downloaded the software, installed and activated Vegas Pro 19. I was able to activate, open and use Vegas pro for a few days. A week later my computer crashed, no fault of Vegas Pro, I was able to restore my computer. I reinstalled Vegas Pro 19 but I was unable to activated Vegas, I get the message that Vegas Pro 19 has already been activated by a different email address. Also I can't log into my Magix account. I have asked for a password reset but I have not received a link to reset my password. Could you please reset my password and make it possible for me to activate Vegas Pro 19. I have purchased and used various versions of Vegas Pro. Luckily I did print out the order # and the serial numbers of the programs that were part of the purchase.
