I have been unable to down load Vasco de gama 9, any ideas why? Everything else was downloaded without issue.

Also having purchased Vegas Studio suites 10 12 and 13, I am disappointed that I have lost some New blue effects which I used and loved.

I thought having paid for them, within the suite they would be  mine to keep. Picture in picture is the one I miss the most.

Again any thoughts on this?
