reactivating Acid Pro 5 - haven't used in three years. no computer ID number I found worked to create Magix ID... really need to get my software running asap!!! have a deadline!!!!! I am using windows 8 on a Lenovo. and the serial number in my manual dose not work!!!

@Carol-Brown You download the installer from your customer account at Magix.com and install the software. That should work, if you registered the software in the past with Sony. Simply use your old Sony login credentials at Magix.com.

Old installers that try to connect to the Sony servers no longer work, because Sony shut them down.
