every time i start my sound forge or my RX 6 or my independent live i must reactivate it worked for a bit in the past but now i get this

Error -14 usually means that the serial number is correct, but must be used for another product
but that product serial number is the one that i got for that product so im really confused i have been using magix since before i came back to the united states i started using magix when i was living in Germany so i am familiar with your response
@Robert-Hite Sound Forge Pro isn't Sound Forge Audio Studio. You installed the incorrect version.

The screenshot in your initial comment shows you installed SF Audio Studio 12, whilst your 'My Products' screenshot shows you purchased SF Pro 12. A SF Pro 12 serial will only activate SF Pro 12 (or vise-versa).
