Hi,

It's a Windows Vista rights/security issue. Try running the program by right-clicking on it (or on the desktop icon) and choosing "Run as Administrator", instead of the usual left/double-click. If you're still having problems, you might also want to look into disabling the UAC (User Account Control) on your system. Check out the following websites for more information:
