question about microphone

I have a usb studio microphone ST-2B galaxy audio brand. It's compatible with Windows and I can hear it, but it won't record on magix samplitude studio 2010-11 software. It won't record in on tracks. Is there a solution?

How do you "hear" your microphone ? /are yu recording it some way ? Magix should work for you so would guess you do not have it connected properly or have an option not set correctly

I'm having the same problem

windows 7 all updated drivers....Mic works fine on windows but not able to record in MMM 2013 premium.

I have not been able to find any answers. My Midi keyboard records fine. just no audio.
