Yesterday and today I tried to buy soundpools from producerplanet and after putting in my payment info it says "an error has occured during purchase process." Please fix.

I tried using two different Visa credit cards. The first time was yesterday at around 5pm with one card and then today around 7am with the other card. I was trying to purchase Future Dance Hall Part 1 for $9.99. Also yesterday, I was able to download a free soundloop (Chart Hits: Fade Out) and it downloaded and I used it with no problem. So, if the issue is with Visa, should I try using my Mastercard or paypal instead?
