Purchased Magix PhotoStory, about 5 years ago. Licence verification number and all details have been lost. Need to reinstall. How can I retrieve all information including licence verification number and the exact year I originally purchased.

Assuming you registered the product when you first installed it, the initial place to check for the details you need is your Magix account. Once logged in, go to My Products and find the listing for PS.
If you have forgotten the password for your log in, you should be able to reset your password. If you have forgotten your email address or it has changed and you cannot remember the old address you will need to email infoservice@magix.net with as much information as you can remember and ask for their help in retrieving the details of your account.
If you have simply changed your email address and can remember the old one, log in using that old one and then go to My Details and update your registered email address.
