Dear Sirs,

I have been a WEBSITE MAKER customer since 2010.
In September 2020 I accepted the Web Designer offer with a discount and extended the domain contract: martamisztalbloch.com

Finally, in early 2021 I bought WEB DESIGNER PREMIUM.

This contract does not appear in my MAGIX MUNDO ONLINE (only WEB DESIGNER appears).

Could you fix it?

I already have the new page ready and I want to publish it in the domain martamisztalbloch.com .

Made with WEB DESIGNER PREMIUM.

J would like to have a page martamisztalbloch.com and not martamisztalbloch.magix.net.

¿How can J do it?

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not a contact for any Magix staff.

For all matters related to your Magix account you need to email infoservice@magix.net because no-one here can help you with anything to do with correcting or updating account details.

To be able to have a website whose URL is martamisztalbloch.com  you will need to find a new hosting service, I think, so that your site is no longer hosted on magix.net. if you continue with your present hosting I think you have no choice but to have it listed as martamisztalbloch.magix.net.

Hi

Magix do offer domain purchase which can be used to reference the website hosted on magix-online, similarly domain names from the domain name companies can be set to point to the magix-online website.

However, I would advise you not to go down that route.

When you purchase Web Designer Premium it includes hosting with Xara and one domain name - see here - scroll down to the Complete package section.

Check your purchase confirmation it may have instructions how to access the online hosting

If you mean the Website maker software does not appear in your account, that is correct, AFAIK the old Website Maker is no longer available and was not registered with Magix.
