PSP Formats

What Format does the movie has to be in to play on a Playstation Protable. Please help

Hi,

it is an MPEG4 container format. The PSP is very restrictive so you can use only .mp4 files that have AAC sound (not MP3 - THE COMPLETE FILE WILL NOT PLAY).
Obvious PSP uses also their own extension OMFG.

I recommend to use "PSP Video9" to convert the files as this is made for PSP and is free. Also you should check your actual firmware on the PSP as this might have influence what format is played.
