As well as editing the audio of Youtubes, can ProX8 Suite allow you to perform simple but precise video deletions of a Youtube file?
Does ProX Suite have the exact same pitch control utility as ProX?

Samplitude is not a video editor. So, no, you cannot edit video or export it. See the import export formats here.
Review the details as to what comes with what on the comparison page. Except for a few items, like the spectral editor, the program is the same in both Suite and non-Suite.
With the trial version, you will not be able to download the 47 virtual instruments and the 70 GB Independence Library. Access to download them is only granted once purchased, and is done under the Help menu, Download Instruments and Sounds.
