PROGRAM WILL NOT DOWNLOAD

I've had MUSIC MAKER 2023 for over a week. The manual downloaded without a problem, but the actual music maker feature will NOT DOWNLOAD. I have Windows 11 and it still won't download. I tried to contact the sales department but every response I get is in a different language. I am at my wits end. Can someone here assist me?? I'm sure they won't give me my money back so if anyone can help me, I would definitely appreciate it,

@NikoBaby It's likely that your firewall blocks the download. You could disable it temporarily.

As @SP. says, it could be a firewall issue.

But I'm also wondering about this:

a) are the responses meaningful (when you translate them)? Do they have anything to do with what you're asking?
b) a shot in the dark -- are you connecting through a vpn? If yes, then try without, what do you get?

UPDATE: it WAS a firewall issue. I had someone in IT check it out and that was exactly what it was. I'm up and operational. Thank you both for that information, Happy music making!!
