When I start Web Maker MX from the Start Menu as the tutorial says to do, my browser opens the Online World Control web page part of the start up - but I don't get the actual Web Site Maker window in front of the browser Online World Control web page as your tutorial shows. 

I get sort of a greeting showing me several other links - handbook, FQAs, etc.   Below these links is a button that says Start Web Site Maker which does nothing except take me to your Web Site Online web page - AGAIN.   SEE BELOW image.

None of the links in the window provide access to the Web Site Maker window.  What is wrong with my version?     

My PC has more than enough of the resources you require.      I'm running on Windows XP on this system.      The software is Web Site Maker MX version 6.
