PRODUCT DID NOT SENT TO EMAIL DOWNLOAD FIND SERIAL NUMBER

I did NOT get a product serial number for the DOWNLOADED Product Photostory Deluxe 2023. No email with a serial number was sent so I can DOWNLOAD the product immediated to my computer. PLEASE SEND the serial number so I can activate and USE THE DOWNLOADABLE VERSION of Photostory Deluxe 2023. Thank you
