Product activation on second PC

Hi!

We want to use the software on our new computer, but it seems to already be activated on our previous computer that we can no longer access. It might be activated on a separate e-mail account, we're unfortunately not sure.

When we try to register the product on this account it says that the code is already registered, but when we try to generate a serial code it says the key is not registered.

Is there a way for us to remotely deactivate the old registration so we can start over? We would have bought a new license instead but apparently that's not possible.

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

Provided you know the email address and password you originally used to create it, go to your Magix account, log in and go to My Products. Find the listing for RYVT and you should see an option to "Deactivate". Select this and then you should be able to activate the product on your new computer.

If you do not know the email address you used to register, or your password, you will need to email infoservice@magix.net, supply them with as much detail as you can to establish that you own the product legally, and ask for their help to amend your account details.
