Hi,

I suspect it's because these special coupons can only be used for purchase up to the face value of the coupon. You would have to confirm this with Magix.

The first one worked because the price is less than the coupon value of 16.99£. Also, if you purchase for less than the value of the coupon, there is no change returned, the coupon has been used.

I don't see the point in buying coupons for the future(

Let's see, you got a 16.99£ for less than 1£. Could that be it? I think that Magix would prefer that you pay the full price rather than getting hugely discounted coupons from Humble Bundle.

@browj2 The coupon does not "say" this. Once coupons worked for me as in the screenshot. Plus, I paid extra.

It also turned out that the Animals sample pack is contained in the Studio Box Mark II: Nature sample pack, which is not indicated (

@Myko The coupons should work fine. I think there might be a problem with your credit card provider. Maybe they blocked payments to Magix because you paid multiple times on the same date?

Yes, the automatic reply message from Magix is all you get at first. It gives you a ticket number and if you need to add more detail, you can simply reply and follow up.

The payment worked successfully for the VISA Internet card, but not for the universal MasterCard. From now on, I will pay with an Internet card on this site.
