proDAD ReSpeedr V2 download?

Hi,

I am hoping im missing something (not literally), but when i purchased the magix movie maker ultimate 2025 i added the extra money to upgrade to the proDAD ReSpeedr "V2" over the V1 that comes with it, but never recieved the email about either. The move maker shows in my purchases, but I never got the email, and cant find anything about the proDAD ReSpeedr V2. Is it automatically there in the downloaded program? I cant find it.

Check your email spam folder for the order confirmation there should be a serial number and link to download ReSpeedr v2.

Thanks for that. Unfortunately that was my first thought. No dice there. Still no email back to my support ticket either. I was hoping it was a quick “its in the download” thing.
