Problems uploading audio

Hello,

I have just paid and downloaded your audio lab cleaning software and I am have some major problems!!

Everytime I upload any audio, the speed the audio is played back at is double the tempo. I have used Audio Cleaning Lab from 2002 on a very old version and I have never had this problem.

Please can you advise.

I am using a MacBook Pro OS X version 10.8.5

When I was using the trail version everything was fine.

Where to? Check the audio bitrate settings you are using.
