Movie Edit Pro 15 plus.  analog cam-corder.  Windows XP
I start prog, create new project.
I'm on RECORD tab, click RECORD (cam-corder picture)
I select VIDEO
Video Recording window pops up.  I fill out SAVE MOVIE FILE AS:
Video qual set to MXV:VHS
I click RECORD button by #4
I start playback on cam-corder
Sounds and picture shows in Video Recording window
Audio and Video capture show MB increasing, almost no frames dropped
I click STOP by #4
I click OK
Returns to other window.  I press spacebar - always shows an 8 second black & soundless movie?!?!?!?!?
I go to EDIT - shows nothing to edit?!?!?!?!
I shut down Movie Edit Pro - it has me save the project
I use Windows Explorer, find MXV file and double click - Photo Manager 8 comes up and DOES show video (no sound)
Again, using WIndows Explorer, I find MVP file - open in Movie Edit Pro, it shows the same 8 second blank soundless movie.
WHY AM I NOT SEEING THE MOVIE?
WHY CAN I NOT EDIT THE MOVIE?
I try loading an old MVP file from an older version of Movie Edit Pro - I can see and hear the video.
