problem with synthesizers

hi. my problem is, that when i starts the synthesizers (Atmos, Drum'n bass etc)everythig is freesing. i have a new mashine with dual layer 1,7 ghz, 2 gb ram etc som that should not be the problem

If your system is of sufficient specs and also fully functional, you might want to have a look at the sound hardware/drive. Alternate between the different drivers models to see what works best. If you have on-board audio, try ASIO with a decent generic driver, e.g.:

www.asio4all.com/

Make sure to terminate superfluous applications and tasks when working with Music Maker, both to free up resources and avoid software conflicts. Just a few thoughts...
