I need a quick answer: when I try to "drag and drop" sounds from either the soundpool or the arranjement to the live pad slots, they just don't stay there. Therefore, I can't create personalized live pads.

See, that image represents exactly my problem. I select a sound, drag it and drop it in a live pad, but nothing happens. Seems to me like the program is recognizing this as dropping a sound directly into the arranjement and not in the live pad.

Sorry, it seems you apply the right procedure, but it doesn't work. Why? I don't know.
Try :
to place the Live pads window as low as possible on the screen
to click on "reset"
but I don't guess it can solve your problem.
