Problem Uploading to Zara Online

A few days ago I ordered Zara Designer Pro X.  I was given a free domain name  (www.simplecountryliving.org) and one year free online hosting.  I have tried many, many times to upload a page to my web site address using the Publish To Zara Hosting button but every time the same dialogue box opens that says, "FTP error:  Timeout was reached."  If you could help me with this problem I would be very thankful.---Luther Keith (I use Windows 10, I-7 Intel processor.)

Hi

Download and install FileZilla then try to connect to the host - if this connects then check that you Antivirus/Firewall is not blocking FTP access by Web Designer and that the login and password details are correct - they should be the same as the ones used to register the software.

Personally I would export the site to a folder so it can be checked for typos, errors etc before uploading using Filezilla.
