Problem Opening Magix Photostory Deluxe Project

Joy-Duck wrote on 10/25/2020, 6:46 AM

I am using Magix Photostory Deluxe 2018. - No idea of hardware set up or operating system.

Here's my problem

I was working on a project 2 days ago and it saved OK.

Today when I went to open the program I received the following error message.  '"KERNELBASE.dll (Load address 0x00007FFF8FAB3B29(Exception: 0xe06d7363)

I cannot save the slideshow as a new name because there is no slideshow in the box below to select.

I cannot close this window to try to open a program because the same thing keeps happening.

I cannot continue the program because the following message appears: '!WARNING: It's recommended you close the program because it may be in an unstable state.'

If I try to x out of this box, it closes the Magix program anyway.

I have tried closing the Magix program and also restarting the computer but the same thing happens.

How can I resolve this and open the project I want to keep working on it?

After hours of trawling through links to support I tried to send a technical support request and received a message to say that I needed a to buy a support voucher code. This whole thing seems to be getting very complicated and user unfriendly.
