The title of the PDF is in German, but its content is in English (checked today). I have raised a support ticket on for the v18 - v19 online help issue and on the differences between the Designs Library caches, v18 appearing to have more content than v19 (after download all for each folder). Tried the v19 update on a second device (in English this time), but it still fell over, so reverted to downloading the trial version and adding the product key. They seem to be have been a tad careless in checking all this before releasing the installer.
I downloaded the pdf file from within Xara and definitely received the German version: handbuch_designerprox19_kle8i9_de.pdf.
I just downloaded it from My Account and got the English version.
Yesterday, I was able to download some of the online content and I got similar error messages on some files. This morning, I got the following message upon opening the Online Content Catalogue
The main screen shows pages 1 of 1. I tried twice before getting the content the third time.
Response from Magix on the support ticket I raised is that the development team are aware of the issues. I downloaded the PDF from within the app help tab: received 'manual_designerprox19_kle8i9_en.pdf'. So that part works :-) I think we'll be getting a point release soon that sorts all this out.
Glad it worked for you. I just tried it again from within Xara and, once again, the German file was downloaded. Our requests are probably going to different servers.
