Pro 18 upgrade won't install

I have SoundForge Pro 13. I just upgraded to Pro 18. I downloaded the install file. I click to install, but no "progress"... it will pause... I hit continue and same thing happens. Do I need to uninstall SF Pro 13 first? (I thought the upgrade would overwrite it) Old analog dog appreciates your help.

@Jim-Goodman Your firewall or antivirus is blocking the download and that's why the downloader cannot save the installer on your computer and the download pauses. Either disable the safety temporarily until the download is done or add an security exception for the downloader.

Thanks for the advice. I have Norton on here... I'll figure out how to disable, or add the SoundForge exception. I appreciate your time to respond.
