Preview screen on PhotoStory Delux 2014 has gone black.

Half way through my project, the preview screen has gone black. Tried resetting to default values and nada. Tried to close and then reopen with still no luck. I can't continue (obviously) without a preview. Any ideas for me?

Hi,

I assume that you can see where the monitor is supposed to be. Try Ctrl + double-click with the left mouse button on the preview area of the screen.

If that doesn't work, try resetting to default again.

Other than that, maybe you can try to remember what you were doing when the screen went black. Might help us.

Did you try the Ctrl+double click on he preview screen?
