Possible to auto apply same transition between each clip?

If there is a way to place the same transition (or fade whatever you call it) all at once instead of one at a time? If it is in the help files please point me to it. I have looked and can't find it if it is there.

Yes, it is quite easy. Place your first transition, and click the A/B-mark (In Timeline or Storyboard mode). In the bottom of the window you can " Set transition length" and "Apply to all". That's all !
