Position Blocks called from menu linked to a name so that it appears below the menu bar and not positioned to top of page. See attached Picture 1 how I want it to look when I select green, picture 2 shows what I get with the top obscured, picture 3 shows original display.

I want this to be a one page site and not seperate pages for each block.

I hope I have made myself clear, no facility to download .web file for example.

I am using Web Designer 17.
