Hi,
This plugin is displayed in the newblue application manager as "CURRENT" (active), after it has been installed and the serial number has been added correctly.
The images (1) in VPX and (2) in the newBlue manager confirm this!
But after loading it in the VPX16 program as recommended, it is displayed as if it had not been installed! It's that simple!
Can someone help me?
(I also opened a ticket on newBlue about this issue)

Hi.
Try going onto your New Blue account and deactivate at least two instances or that plugin.
if you have loaded the plugins before the it's possible that the activation at present is not working because you have too many active sessions of it logged on your account.

@Roberto-Goncalves Mine always shows like that as if it still needs installing, but NewBlue Stylizers is in the list further down,
In your pic I would expect it to be below NewBlue Filters if listed in alphabetical order but check the list again because as you can see they aren't exactly in alphabetical order...

Also I have Total FX but that doesn't show as one package, it's distributed between the individual packages, I've seen this before where you think you're getting new stuff but you already have them or if you are getting new stuff they're spread out.

PS Total FX is listed on the NewBlue website so I was able to search the individual packages in MMS & see that I do have all the filters, but there's no mention of Infinite Looks to see what is included to enable a search in MMS..

PPS. I have only NewBlue Total FX installed, basically these individual packages are what you get with Total FX, what you get in NewBlue Infinite Looks is a mystery but they may well be installed .
They show the same in Vegas.

If you open the newblue elements folder in your Vegas Pro, are the items the same as the "elements" installed on my VPX as per the correspondences with the images below?
If this is the case, I think the confusion is in the nomenclature!

@Roberto-Goncalves Hi, over the yrs I've collected a few packages, in the past occasional packages would deactivate for whatever reason showing the red cross on screen, this was a pain to sort out, so when I got TotalFX 7 that is the only one I installed, as I understand it it includes all the filters + transitions'
NB packages are created '... for Magix' as it says in your pic, what is included .. ?🤷♂️ ..
I don't know about the 2 below TotalFX 7 as they don't say 'Current' but you can see the others aren't installed.
I went through these filters on the NewBlue site when I stalled TotalFX 7because I had a similar quandary to you, there were a few name differences, some that weren't listed or missing, maybe they were the ones named differently. 🤷♂️, So yes some 'nomenclature'' goes on with NB, but I have 114 filters inc Titler Pro with just TotalFX 7, including the Boris FX's I have more than I need so I left it at that.

PS, I don't use MMS anymore, TotalFX7, Boris - Sapphire, Continuum etc. + the Vegas fxs gives me 800+ filters.. 🤸♂️😵😂 Like I say more than I need 👍

@Roberto-Goncalves If you already had some NB packages, whatever came with the Infinite Looks package would either be added or reinstalled / ignored if you already have them.
Did you already have Essentials, Filters & Stylizers? (I'm guessing the answer is no because you have things missing that are in those packages, You can see what's in the packages here - https://newbluefx.com/post/ ) If not that is what came with that Looks package.
A general Google search regarding 'Looks' - (This is also what I think of when I read the word Looks, Boris & Vegas etc. have an fx called Looks (Film Looks, Auto Looks... ))
"Looks FX" refers to a set of pre-designed visual effects filters within video editing software, typically used to quickly apply a specific aesthetic or "look" to footage, often including color correction, diffusion, grain, and other stylistic elements, allowing users to easily mimic film stock styles or create a desired visual atmosphere;
So this NB Infinite Looks is a package put together of selected filters.

I have the full 'comprehensive' suite, all yours are in my lists but yours is just a selected few.
You're better off getting in touch with NB or Magix & asking them what is included in NB Infinite Looks.

The first thing I did was open a ticket with NB (I haven't received a response yet), and the second was to post it here!
Since I only installed the plugins now, I also didn't know how VPX/MMS interact with the user when installing an FX plugin (I don't know if it's like that for everyone).
A plugin that is an external, independent application should not normally be called a plugin because it is an external application!
A plugin interacts with the video editor, in this case!
In my understanding, if something has already been installed, why is a command to download it being displayed? It shouldn't show the serial number! (When you enter a program/application that requires a login, do they continue to be displayed after you start working?
How much time do you waste searching for information that is not available in the plugin, much less a link (whether through Magix or NB) along with Magix's instructions for installing it!

@Roberto-Goncalves I got proDAD Vitascene V5 pro with MMS 2024 Suite. I kept seeing in the Effects>Extra Effects, the download thumbnail for Vitascene. I "installed" this several times. Each time, the download thumbnail was still there when checked. I sent email to proDAD, and they answered back to look in the proDAD drop down menu in Effects. Sure enough, it was there.
But this was after me spending a lot of time thinking it was not installed. If I had bothered to look further, I would have seen that it was.
As you can see by the screenshot, it still appears that I "should" download the plugin again.

It appears to be a bug which has been present in at least the last 3 versions of Movie Studio, and Video Pro X, the 'download' icon may vanish of its own accord, though it is an annoyance if it does not.
