Plug-ins not available when upgrading from mmm 2021 to 2024

Hi

I have purchased premium MMM 2024. Recently installed it.

However have lost lots of instruments which I had in Premium 2021

eg: "Plug-in not available. Please check whether you have purchased the selected plug-in."

This includes:

Cinematic soundscapes, Orchestral ensemble, and many others... (all from Accordion... to Soundtrack Percussion).

Could I please have all those re-installed, or shown how to do this asap.

Thank you.

@Paul-Tucker  Did you register version 2024 under the same e-mail address as your 2021 version? You can then redownload all instruments from the Download tab.

Yes, I did register them both under the same email address, thanks.

Can't see a way of redownloading though?

Do you have a screenshot to show me or can describe it?

Thanks

@Paul-Tucker Click on the Cloud-with-Arrow icon inside the top icon bar to open the Download Tab.

If these instruments are already installed you can re-scan the VST paths in the Music Maker program settings.

If this doesn't work and you want to uninstall them, then uninstall Magix Content and Soundpools from Windows Apps and Features. This will open a window where you can select which instrumets you want to uninstall. Then you can redownload them inside Music Maker.

@Paul-Tucker

Hi,

Watch this tutorial. It shows upgrading from one Music Maker to another, without purchasing another Edition, and getting everything that I am supposed to have.
