We need more information:

  1. What is the full name and version number for the program you are using - see under Help, About?

    Magix is the name of the company, and Saver 600 is not a product I can find.
     
  2. Is there a name or markings on the USB video converter and what colour is it?
     
  3. What is your computer specification and Windows version - see this topic for the details that are required?
