Please give scenarios where commercial use is permited when making a song with MMM 17

Hello, thanks in advance for your input to this question.

Can anyone give a scenario where you can use MMM 17 to make songs for commercial use, to sell, to produce a demo cd for another artist to sing over the instrumental tracks, to sell on iTunes or personal web site, or to have someone sing over the creation for commercial profit.

The scenario would involve making songs for copyright and 100% ownership of songs. Maybe a list of do's and don'ts. I already understand the soundpool that comes with the software is already off limits for commercial use to sell songs.  The EULA is not clear on this nor does google give answers.

Thanks!!

A.  When the entire track is original and created by you, or you have expressed written permission to use someone else's material.

B.  You use only material from any of the soundpools prior to version 17 and/or you purchase the Pro Unlimited license to use the Soundpool 17 material for commercial purposes.

Yes, that is because all of the material is from Soundpool Collections PRIOR to Soundpool !7.

You can purchase, install, and use ANY of the Soundpool Collections PRIOR to SP-17 and use them for commercial purposes.

To use SP-17 commercially, you need to purchase the Audio Pro Unlimited license...

Is there something way higher quality or superior in the soundpool 17 collection compared to other collections? It would seem to me that one would install any other soundpool in MMM 17 and avoid paying 200 dollars. Just wondering if you have any knowledge or info on the quality or reason that the soundpool 17 is much more expensive for commercial use. Other soundpools have gigs of sound files at 40 dollars such as the link I posted previously. Maybe someone has information on what makes Soundpool 17 worth the commercial price?

No.  MAGIX just decided this is a good way to suck a lot more money out of their customers.  They figure if you're going to make money using their products, they want their cut.

"...what makes Soundpool 17 worth the commercial price?"

That's entirely up to you to decide. For example, if you are going to make a few thousand dollars using this soundpool, is it worth an extra $200 investment?
