Please could you explain exactly how to insert a flash file onto my site page and then how to resize and move it exactly where I need it.

Hi,

it would help to read the handbook via the "Help" menu (first entry). It's very good.

You can insert Flash via placeholder. A placeholder can be e.g. a shape (rectangle ...). Try it out: create a rectangle, click right mouse and open the web properties dialog. Open the Placeholder tab. Here you can insert external content (Flash SWF files or HTML Code (e.g. for Flashplayer from YoutTube & Co. ...)
