Hi

More information is needed-

  1. Your computer specification, DVD drive make / model, Windows version
     
  2. Photostory version and is it patched up to date
     
  3. Make / type of DVD discs you are using.
     
  4. The burn settings you are using.

Try a different brand of disc from a reputable manufacturer  eg Verbatim, JVC Taiyo-Yuden.
