Hi,

A lot depends on when you bought it and what your concerns with it are.  Magix sales usually handles issues with installation or refund requests if the product was purchased in the last 30 days.  Magix support would be the place to go if you have a technical support question.  If you just want to vent, about some problem, google magix ag and vent to whatever email is there as "contact us"

If you want to solve a speficic problem you are having, ask a detailed question here and provide your basic system information such as OS version, RAM, CPU, etc.
