Music Maker is just the sequencer. It wouldn't do your string-plucking, so to speak.  :-)

Depending on how you prefer to work, you'd need to get your hands on either a suitable sample library that features pizzicato recordings or a VST instrument plug-in that has the suitable sound and can be sequenced via the MIDI Editor.

I checked what the software instruments that do come with Music Maker (e.g. Vita) have to offer, but couldn't really find anything in pizzicato playing technique under the string section, so you might have to look somewhere else. There are literally tons of free and commercial sampling libs and software instruments out there, but this might be a good point to start your search:
