Hi,

Are you sure that your version of PhotoStory is supported on the Windows NT platform?  I can't imagine why anyone is still running this horrible operating system.  I have many years of experience using the NT OS and none of it was good for most of the applications I ran on it (except for MS apps.).  I am not sure which is the worst operating system that Microsoft ever created but I have it down to 3.  NT, Windows 2000 and Windows 8.

Hi

What is the full specification of your computer?

Based on what you have posted I think your computer is very underpowered for running Windows 7 and Photostory on DVD 2013. - hence the problem.

@George -

Windows NT 6.1 is Windows 7.

True Windows NT was never meant for general release / use as a PC OS - it was for server use only.

I love Windows 8 - much better than 7 which was very good.
