Photostory Deluxe, Version 21.01.74 (UDP3).

When I select export, AVI, to create a slideshow, it fails and displays an error message: "An error has occurred during an external video codec . Check you export settings . . ."

When I select export, M@4.00GHZ.PG4, Photostory begins the slideshow creation, then fails when it reaches 13% and displays an icon - a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark in the middle, but zero error message of any kind.

When I select export, WVM, a complete slideshow is created successfully.

What am I missing here? Using PC with Windows 10 Pro, 16GB RAM, Intel i7-6700K CPU 4.0GHZ.
