I am not able to use the zoom function without crashing. Error in module "Qt5GuiMx64Qt57.dll" (Load address: 0x00007FFCC8A20000) at address 0x00007FFCC8D09953 (Exception 0xc0000005 "ACCESS_VIOLATION")

This is the second time! I had to finish the prior project without using the zoom tool, as the project crashes every time! I think You got all the information You need to help me get my program work again.

I have as You can see in my account been a faithfull customer at Magix, but now the programs have begun to be troublesome.

I need it fixed as soon as possible as I am working with these programs every day.

PS: I think that Magix, when selling a product should mention, that the use of the programs is limited. It seems that Magix on purpose is planting difficulties in your programs if you not all the time pay for upgrading. It’s almost criminel!

Now I had to buy similar programs at an Australian company, and I hope that my problems soon will be over so I can work properly again. Untill now I have been satisfied with my Magix programmes, which is quite a few.

I was never helped.

I guess that a Moderator will have to remove your serial number from your subject line, as even you cannot do that. This is a public user forum, not Magix Support. Never post confidential information, like an activation code, on a public forum.

To get support, click on the Support button and follow through Ask Support (at the bottom of every screen) until you get to the actual form. This will raise a ticket with Magix and you'll get an email with the ticket number for follow up. I do not recommend emailing Magix - they use a ticketing system.
